Sleekjob which is a talent accelerator and trains highly motivated young people from all backgrounds with skills in technology as well as connects them to employers or freelance job opportunities rebrands its academy as Codetrain.
The erstwhile Sleekjobs academy provided students with practical skills that enabled them launch their freelance careers or start their own tech companies.
What’s new with Codetrain?
After validation of its coding school idea and understanding the market’s demands, Sleekjobs relaunches its academy as Codetrain. The founder, Richard Brandt, explains that, “Codetrain will offer open access to virtual training and have more result driven in-house training in our One Airport Square, 8th Floor, Airport City, Accra.”
Effectively on July 25th, 2017, Richard further announces, “Codetrain is organizing a bootcamp at the British Council Accra purposely to bring aspiring software developers to meet successful software developers for career advice and training.”
A statement from Sleekjob indicates that the Codetrain App Development Bootcamp (CADB) is being organized at British Council, Ghana.
The Codetrain app developer bootcamp will bring together young people interested in becoming app developers and want to find opportunities in the tech space. Participants will among other things meet successful app developers and get mentorship, discover employment and funding opportunities in the tech space and an opportunity to enroll in Codetrain Ghana’s practical app training program.
